CAT SITTER

Serviço personalizado de acordo com a rotina do seu gatinho enquanto você estiver fora de casa (seja por viagem de férias ou trabalho).

Com todo profissionalismo, responsabilidade e amor seu gatinho receberá visitas de aproximadamente 1h, que além dos cuidados básicos como reposição de água, alimentos e limpeza da caixinha (banheirinho) também oferecemos brincadeiras, carinho e escovação, sempre seguindo a rotina e orientações passadas pelo tutor e respeitando a personalidade e permissividade do animal.

Nossas visitas são feitas por cuidadoras treinadas, que seguem método e forma de trabalho padronizada pela empresa. Este método prioriza transparência para que você possa curtir sua viagem com tranquilidade, você saberá o período de permanência em sua casa, receberá vídeos, fotos, informações e um “relatório” com um breve resumo de tudo que foi feito e observado durante a visita.

Além disso, a visita pode incluir cuidados com a casa como, colocar água nas plantas, receber correspondências, ligar/desligar as luzes, abrir/fechar janelas e cortinas, tudo conforme sua preferência e orientação.

Suas orientações e informações sobre a rotina da casa e dos seus gatinhos são coletadas em um encontro marcado entre você e a babá que fará o atendimento antes de sua viagem, esta visita inicial é gratuita e feita na primeira vez em que for utilizar os nossos serviços.

CONSULTORIA/TERAPIA COMPORTAMENTAL

Em parceria com o único Veterinário comportamentalista específico de gatos do DF, ajudamos os tutores a gerenciar e modificar comportamentos problemáticos ou até mesmo ajuste do ambiente para proporcionar maior bem-estar e felicidade ao seu felino.

 Se em sua casa, você lida com algum dos problemas abaixo, nós podemos te ajudar:

     - falta de adaptação e mau relacionamento entre os gatos;

     - xixi e/ou cocô fora da caixinha;

     - agressão com humanos;

     - compulsão em comer itens que não são alimentos (plásticos, fios, cadarços, etc);

     - fobias e ansiedades;

     - excesso de vocalização (miados).

 A sessão, que dura aproximadamente 3 horas, é realizada no ambiente onde o gato vive com o objetivo de entender como funciona a rotina da residência, rotina dos gatos e dos humanos e como é o comportamento normal e problemático do gato.

Na terapia, é discutido em detalhes os fatores motivacionais e desencadeadores do problema e abordada a conduta terapêutica que deverá ser colocada em prática pelos tutores e acompanhada à distância pelo Veterinário, que solicitará relatórios e imagens para analisar os avanços do tratamento. 

Novos atendimentos (sessões) poderão ser necessários ao longo do tempo e exames complementares podem ser solicitados (exame de sangue, urina e imagem).

Contando com profissionais experientes em felinos, você não precisa mais tirar seu gatinho de casa para procedimentos rotineiros, como:

With that in mind, we have decided to offer care for kittens from the Federal District in their own home. We offer the services of:

CAT SITTER

Personalized service according to your kitten's routine while the tutors are away from home (whether for vacation or work). With great professionalism, responsibility and care, your kitten will receive visits of approximately 1h each, when it will be offered games, affection, brushing in addition to the basic care such as replenishing water, food and cleaning the toilet box (bathtub), always respecting their routines, personality and permissiveness and observing the guidelines given by the tutor. All our visits are made by trained caregivers, who follow the methodology and work procedures according to the company’s standards. This methodology prioritizes transparency so that you can enjoy your trip in peace. You will be aware about the period of our stay in your home, receive videos, photos, information and a “daily report” with a summary of everything that was done and observed during the visit. In addition, the visit may include basic care to the house, such as watering the plants, collecting the mail, turning on / off the lights, opening / closing windows and curtains, all according to your preference and orientation. Your guidance and information about the routine of the house and your kittens will be collected in a meeting, scheduled between you and the nanny who will provide care before your trip, no charges will be made for it and only before the first time you use our services.

​CONSULTING / BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

In partnership with the only cat behavioral veterinarian in the DF, we aim to help tutors to manage and modify problematic behaviors of the felines and adjust the environment that they live in to provide greater well-being and happiness. At home, if you deal with any of the problems below, we can help you: lack of adaptation and poor relationship between cats; pee and / or poop outside the box; aggression with humans; compulsion to eat items that are not food (plastics, threads, shoelaces, etc.); phobias and anxieties; excessive vocalization (meowing).The session, which lasts for approximately 3 hours, is held in the environment where the cat lives in order to understand how the household routine works, the cats and humans routine and how much of the cat’s behavior is normal or truly problematic. In therapy, the motivational and triggering factors of the problem are discussed in detail and the therapeutic conduct that must be put into practice by the tutors and is remotely monitored by the Veterinarian, who will request reports and images to analyze the progress of the treatment. New appointments (sessions) may be necessary over time and additional physiological tests may be requested (blood, urine and image tests).
